MATT CHILDERS

Elected President of TCDFW in May 2023. Matt is originally from Fort Worth and started his career in Dallas working in third party contractor management and risk mitigation. He then spent many years managing logistics teams and operations at Alcon Vision in Fort Worth. Currently, he is SVP, Strategic Partnerships at Arrive Logistics. Matt received his bachelor’s degree in supply chain management from the University of Oklahoma and resides in Grapevine, TX with his wife and two children.

BRENT TITTLE

Brent joined the board as a regular board member in February 2024. Brent lives in Fort Worth Texas with his wife and twin daughters. His work history comes exclusively from the asset-backed brokerage field. Currently, he is GTM, Carrier Procurement, and Customer Success at Ryder Systems. Brent received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Arkansas, WOO-PIG!

JACK COZORT

Jack joined the TCDFW executive committee as Treasurer in July 2023. He is currently a Network Strategy Consultant for Southwest Airlines. Prior to his current role, Jack worked in SWA Cargo and in the American Airlines corporate procurement group. Jack received his bachelor’s degrees in supply chain management and Plan II from The University of Texas at Austin. He currently lives in Fort Worth, TX with his wife.

ROSANNA "RORO" HUDSON

Rosanna joined the TCDFW executive committee in February 2024. She is currently Senior Vice President of Logistics Industrial Realty – a leading industrial brokerage serving DFW for over 25+ years. Rosanna spent 17+ years as an independent commercial real estate broker with a specialty in industrial and logistics real estate. Rosanna received her Texas Real Estate Broker License in 2016 and her California Real Estate license in2024. Rosanna lives in Las Colinas with her amazing husband of 20 years and their fur-babies, Link (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) & LeeLoo (Kitty).

NORMA PAYNE

Norma served as President of TCDFW for the past 2 years. She has 40+ year of experience in the logistics space, having started numerous successful companies. She is currently the President of D.I.F. Transportation, D.I.F. Custom Brokerage and Cowboy Drayage. Norma’s passion is working with universities in the DFW area in ensuring students have an avenue for industry and career growth. She has two children and lives in Irving, TX.

LARRY LEON

Larry served as President of TCDFW in 2016 and now oversees our annual golf tournament, which is the largest revenue driver of the year for our club. Larry has over 25 years of industrial real estate experience, having spent time at CBRE and now Logistics Industrial Reality as Owner and President. Larry received his bachelor’s degree in political science from The University of Memphis. He has a daughter and lives in Dallas.

Amy Fuller brings over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, beginning her career at a small, family-owned aviation agency. She later joined Marsh McLennan, the largest insurance broker in North America, where she advanced from Client Representative to Vice President and Associate Client Executive within the Global Risk Division in Dallas, Texas. Currently serving as Vice President at HUB International’s Transportation Insurance Services division, Amy is known for her client-first approach and her dedication to excellence in risk management. She is a passionate advocate for women in the insurance brokerage and transportation sectors and is committed to fostering meaningful connections within the transportation community. Amy resides in Midlothian and is a proud wife to husband Brian, has two wonderful children, Danielle and Blake, and four beautiful grandchildren: Rosie, Elle, Drue, and Grayson.
